Memory Lab
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 5, 2026
By downloading or using MemoryLab, you agree to these terms. They explain the free trial, the paid options, what you can do with the app, and the limits of our responsibility.
1. Your license
MemoryLab is a personal memorization tool. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's standard End User License Agreement, which applies to this app.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to what you put into MemoryLab, and it stays on your device. You are responsible for having the right to use anything you import, including plays, lyrics, curriculum, and Bible translations. Don't use the app to copy or share material in a way that infringes anyone's rights.
3. The free trial and the free version
- First 3 days: from the first time you open this version, every feature is open at no charge and with no payment details. During this period you can create up to 5 math flashcard documents.
- After that, the free version is for reading: you can open and read every document that comes with the app, on all three levels, and read any documents you made earlier. Every other feature, including listening, typing, recording, tests, creating or editing documents, and importing, asks for a plan or a purchase.
Language collections have separate free access and purchase rules: beginner Kindergarten decks are free, and “Try it free” allows 3 cards per day from the paid language decks. A purchased language collection includes every study feature on its decks without a Full Access subscription, including after the initial free period.
4. Plans and purchases
All purchases use Apple's In-App Purchase system and your Apple ID. We never see your payment details.
- Weekly Access ($6.99 per week) and Yearly Access ($34.99 per year): auto-renewing subscriptions for Full Access personal-document and custom-deck tools while active. Language collections are separate purchases. Each may include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers; you are only eligible for one free trial across these plans.
- Lifetime ($99.99): a one-time purchase of Full Access. Language collections are separate purchases. It never renews. The price may rise after an introductory period.
- Single Document Pass ($9.99): a one-time consumable purchase that unlocks one document of your choosing. It cannot be restored after a device wipe or a change of Apple ID.
- Language modules ($4.99 each): one-time purchases that unlock a full language deck collection with every study feature on its purchased decks, with no Full Access subscription required. They are separate from the plans above. The Kindergarten deck in each language is free, and “Try it free” lets you study up to 3 cards per day from the paid language decks before you buy.
- Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy, and may vary by country.
- Free trials and renewal: if you start a free trial, your Apple ID is charged the plan price when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends, and your account is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancelling: manage or cancel in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Restore Purchases restores subscriptions, Lifetime, and language modules on devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policy. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
