Email us: support@memorylabapp.com. A real person reads every message. We usually reply within 1 to 2 business days.
Do I need an account?
No. Open the app and start. No sign-up, no email, no password. Everything is saved on your device.
Are my documents private?
They stay on your device and are never uploaded to us. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I add a document?
Make a new document, then type or paste, dictate, take a photo of the page, pick an image, or import a PDF. Text is read on your device.
How does the free trial work?
The initial 3-day unlocked period does not require subscription enrollment. Afterward, personal-document tools may require a plan or purchase. Language access is separate: Kindergarten decks stay free, Try it free provides 3 cards per day from the paid language decks, and purchased language decks keep all their study features without a subscription. Subscription trials, if offered and accepted, renew unless canceled.
What do the plans include?
Weekly ($6.99) and Yearly ($34.99) provide Full Access for personal documents and custom decks while active. Lifetime ($99.99) is a one-time Full Access purchase. A Single Document Pass ($9.99) unlocks one document. Language collections are separate $4.99 one-time purchases each; all study features on purchased language decks work without a Full Access plan.
How do I restore purchases on a new phone?
Open the purchase screen and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID. The Single Document Pass can't be restored after a wipe or an Apple ID change.
How do I cancel?
Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then MemoryLab, then Cancel. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles App Store refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I lost my documents. Can you recover them?
We never receive a copy, so we can't. Keep device backups (such as iCloud Backup) on. Restoring a backup from before the loss may bring them back.
Which devices work?
iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later.
